These sales and payment terms apply to purchases of goods on for delivery in Denmark, except for Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless expressly agreed otherwise.


§1 Order and payment is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, we may close the store due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

§3 14-day right of withdrawal

§5 Complaint - If something is wrong with the item

When you return the item, please ascertain as much as possible what the problem is. For legitimate claims, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.


If your claim is warranted, we will naturally refund your reasonable shipping costs to ship the item back to us. §9 Refund of VAT

Please note that we cannot refund VAT for customers abroad (including the Faroe Islands and Greenland), as this is a very time-consuming manual process, thus causing us loss due to the very low profit that SoluNOiD puts in order to sell our goods as cheaply as possible.
